to a Deluxe Suite in our Boutique Hotel.
Morning training : 08:00 am - 10 :00 am
Afternoon training : 03:00 pm - 05:00 pm
Training sessions include the following :
- 6 km beach run (mornning sessions only) or treadmill / skipping warm up
- 5*4 minute round of one-on-one pad work with trainer
- bag work - Technique practice & drills
- Sparring & clinching
- Exercise drills - push ups / chin ups / sit ups and stretching
